Jeff Mullins – President and CEO

Jeff, a Mullens, WV native, has been with EIN since 2005. Jeff has owned and operated multiple successful businesses. His vision of the PEO industry directed him to sell his previous PEO and open EIN. EIN focuses on providing one solution to business owners for their Payroll, HR, Risk Management and many other needs. The key to EIN’s success is to provide these services while having an unprecedented commitment to customer service. A hands-on approach to strategic planning has ensured that this commitment is shared by every employee of EIN. His vision and dedication to the advancement of the PEO industry led to the passage of Bill 4079 that regulates our profession in West Virginia. Jeff is active in the day-to-day operations and business development activities of the company.  Jeff is a proud graduate of Bluefield St. College where he was an all-conference basketball player.

Gary Bowling CPA – Vice-President and CFO

Gary, also from Mullens, is a CPA with 20 plus years of service in the area of payroll management within the PEO industry and has been with EIN since 2005. His extensive knowledge of EIN’s accounting and payroll system make him an invaluable member of the team. Gary oversees all financial decisions and payroll functions on a daily basis.  Gary is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Accountants as well as the WV Society of CPA’s.  Gary is a graduate of West Virginia University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

Brandi Lusher – Chief Operating Officer

Brandi, from Hurricane, WV, has over 20 years of experience in payroll and accounting. She spent much of her career as a leader in a fortune 500 company in the Health Care industry. Brandi held positions of Chief Staffing Officer and Area CFO at a company based in Texas. She has been with EIN since 2009 and now she oversees the efficient operations of the payroll department on a daily basis, ensuring that all payrolls are processed timely and accurately. Brandi and her staff handle the payroll and associated tax responsibilities for all clients. She received her bachelors of Business Administration/Accounting from Marshall University.

Kristina Brooks PHR – Director of Training & Development

Kristina, from South Charleston, WV, has a diverse background in sales, operations management, personnel management and over 15 years of human resource and risk management experience, 14 of which are specifically within the PEO industry. Since joining EIN in 2005, she has been supported by a team of experts in the areas of HR, WC, Benefits, Unemployment and Risk Management. Kristina oversees all training and development for our clients, specializing in customized client training. Kristina received her bachelor’s degree from West Virginia State University.

Hope Connard PHR, SHRM-CP – Human Resources Manager

Hope, from Charleston, WV, has over 18 years of Human Resource experience that covers all HR Disciplines. This includes payroll, employee engagement programs, performance management, and handling of complex reorganizations within a large multinational company. Hope joined EIN in 2010 as a Payroll Specialist and was recruited to the Human Resource department for her skills and talents. She has become a great asset to our team. Her current role as HR Manager is to assist our clients in complex employee issues.

John Campbell – Sales Manager

John, from Mullens, WV, has over 25 years of sales experience and has been with EIN since 2010. He oversees all aspects of the Sales and Marketing department. John is very proactive and involved with the review of all prospective clients – helping to assure both a smooth transition to our services. John attended Alderson Broaddus College, West Virginia University and received his Bachelor of Arts from Concord College.

Chelsey Atkins, CPA, CGMA – Controller

Chelsey, from Winfield, WV, is a CPA with over 10 years of experience in the accounting industry. Prior to joining EIN in 2011, Chelsey worked as an auditor in public accounting where she gained knowledge of many different industries. At EIN, she assists the CFO and oversees the day to day operations of the accounting department. Chelsey and her staff handle all payroll tax responsibilities for EIN clients. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The WV Society of CPAs, and The American Payroll Association. Chelsey is a graduate of The University of Charleston with a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance.

Lora Thompson – Claims Manager

Lora Thompson came to EIN in April of 2009 as a licensed claims adjuster and now has over 25 years of experience handling Workers’ Compensation claims and 10 years of experience with Workers’ Compensation policy management. She is currently responsible for all aspects of Workers’ Compensation claims and policy management including, but not limited to, investigation, lost time case management, modified return to work, accident prevention, safety programs, training, underwriting, auditing, OSHA/MSHA compliance and reporting. Alongside her team, she is here to meet all of your Workers’ Compensation and Safety needs.
